Mission to monitor and supervise the rehabilitation work on National Road 21 linking Domoni to Mremani and National Road 32 linking Wallah to Nioumachoua
– Verification of preliminary technical, administrative, and financial documents prior to the start of work
– Verification of the work phasing and review of the list and schedule of execution studies
– Review, control, and approval of construction plans, calculation notes, and other documents submitted for the execution of the work
– Monitoring and control of the contractor’s construction programs within the framework of the project
– Study or analysis of any adaptation or modification of the project and execution plans to the circumstances of the work and new data that may be collected during its execution
– Carrying out, as the work progresses, jointly with the contractor to determine the quantities actually implemented for each activity
– Administrative and financial control, management, and training of counterpart staff within the framework of institutional support
– Supervision of on-site and laboratory control tests carried out by the contractor
– Technical assistance for the provisional and final acceptance of the work.
