Work in the renovation building:
– General replacement of aluminum cladding, replacement of interior joinery and bathrooms, reinforcement of balustrades and interior staircases, compliance with current standards: electrical, voice and data systems, fire protection, ventilation, and solar panels.
– Work in the extension building:
– Foundation with CPI-8 columns and insulated reinforced concrete shafts.
– Structure consisting of concrete frames and solid slabs.
– Interior layout and finishes.
– Installations: adaptation of electrical, data, fire protection, ventilation, and solar panels to current standards.
