NEW CONSTRUCTION OF THE HIGH SCHOOL OF SECONDARY EDUCATION THE FRANCES OF THE VALLEY (EAST VALLEY)
– The work consisted of the construction of the new building for the Les Franqueses del Vallès Secondary School.
– The project includes the creation of three compulsory secondary school classes and two baccalaureate classes.
– The work is being carried out on a plot of 5,621.47 m², of which 1,981.00 m² is occupied by the building, 4,232.10 m² of built area, and 3,641.17 m² of developed area.
– The building is constructed using prefabricated structural blocks for both the floors and the facades.
